The announcer was reportedly alert when he received treatment from medical staff inside Atlanta\u2019s State Farm Arena, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.si.com\/nba\/2022\/12\/06\/bob-rathbun-nba-announcer-loses-consciousness-on-air-hawks-thunder\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">according to<\/a> the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPrior to tonight\u2019s game against the Oklahoma City Thunder, play-by-play announcer Bob Rathbun briefly lost consciousness on the court,\u201d a statement from Bally Sports Southeast <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BallySportsSO\/status\/1599934587194396672\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">read<\/a>. \u201cEmergency medical professionals on-site quickly treated Rathbun for dehydration.
