Biden told reporters Tuesday on the <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/white-house\">White House<\/a> South Lawn. &#8220;They&#8217;re going to invest billions of dollars in the new enterprise in the state.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><b><a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/white-house\/biden-campaign-georgia\">BIDEN RETURNS TO THE CAMPAIGN TRAIL, BUT FAR FROM GEORGIA<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Biden is traveling to Phoenix to help <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/technology\">Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company<\/a> announce its plans for a second microchip facility in the state, increasing its commitment from $12 billion to $40 billion, one of the country&#8217;s largest foreign direct investments. <\/p>\n<p>White House press secretary <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/karine-jean-pierre\">Karine Jean-Pierre<\/a> was needled during Monday&#8217;s press briefing about why Biden was flying to <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/arizona\">Arizona,<\/a> but not spending time at the <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/policy\/immigration\">border<\/a> while in the state.<\/p>\n<p><b><a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/\">CLICK HERE TO READ MORE FROM THE WASHINGTON EXAMINER<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Let&#8217;s have a bipartisan agreement on immigration, instead of doing political stunts, instead of doing what they&#8217;re doing: going to the border, not actually coming up with any real ideas about that,&#8221;
