Yet, objective reality indicates that, under President Joe Biden\u2019s leadership, the U.S. is not only committed to an indefinite proxy war, but has only increased its contemplation of the use of tactical nuclear weapons. <\/p>\n<p>Just this week, Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel\u2019s longest-serving prime minister, admitted that at the beginning of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, he believed the chance of nuclear war to be zero. Now, he knows that the possibility of using nuclear weapons has changed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLook, Ukraine is a tragedy of monumental proportions, but it could actually be worse because if you asked me a year ago when this war began, \u2018What are the chances that it will degrade to tactical nuclear weapons,\u2019 which is sort of a longer way of saying, \u2018entering nuclear weapons,\u2019 I would have told you zero,\u201d Netanyahu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/meet-the-press\/meet-press-december-4-2022-n1301694\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">told Chuck Todd<\/a> on Sunday\u2019s \u201cMeet the Press.\u201d \u201cToday, I would still say that the odds are very low but they\u2019re not zero. And that could be the greatest tragedy of all because in three quarters of a century, we have not crossed that threshold. We must not cross that threshold.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Netanyahu isn\u2019t the only one who thinks the world is much closer to nuclear conflict now than before. A majority of Americans, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/americans-concerns-nuclear-war-energy-conflicts-grows-survey-finds\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">69 percent<\/a>, say they are \u201cextremely\u201d or \u201csomewhat\u201d concerned that the world could experience a thermonuclear war within the next five years. That number is up 8 percent since November 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Even corrupt corporate media are willing to acknowledge the risk of nuclear war is <a href=\"https:\/\/time.com\/6228466\/nuclear-war-risk-daily-issue-biden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cnow a daily issue for the Biden administration.\u201d<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>What they refuse to admit, however, is that Biden\u2019s leadership (or lack thereof) has significantly contributed to that increased threat. Instead of questioning Biden\u2019s penchant for escalation, the propaganda press <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/04\/14\/americans-know-whos-responsible-for-their-astronomical-grocery-bills-and-it-aint-putin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">blames<\/a> Vladimir Putin not just for his own aggression but also for any failures of the American president.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s true that Putin\u2019s wartime rhetoric and actions are not short on portending nuclear disaster, but neither are Biden\u2019s.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFirst time since the Cuban missile crisis, we have a direct threat of the use (of a) nuclear weapon if in fact things continue down the path they are going,\u201d Biden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2022\/10\/06\/politics\/armageddon-biden-putin-russia-nuclear-threats\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">told<\/a> attendees at a Democrat fundraiser in New York in October. \u201cI don\u2019t think there\u2019s any such thing as the ability to easily (use) a tactical nuclear weapon and not end up with Armageddon.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Biden\u2019s comments paired with the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/11\/10\/66-billion-in-its-clear-the-realists-were-right-about-ukraine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tens of billions of American taxpayer dollars<\/a> flowing to Ukraine demonstrate that he is not backing down.
