They also do not believe a man observed in surveillance video outside a food truck visited by Goncalves and Mogen the night of the murders was involved, nor was a driver who drove the women home.<\/p>\n<p>One week after the slayings, law enforcement provided more information and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ci.moscow.id.us\/DocumentCenter\/View\/24745\/11-20-2022-Moscow-Homicide-Update\">asked the public<\/a>\u00a0for \u201ccontext to the events and people involved in these murders.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnyone who observed notable behavior, has video surveillance, or can provide relevant information is asked to call the Tip Line,\u201d the police said in a press release.<\/p>\n<p>Police are looking for any outside surveillance video taken between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. on November 13 \u2014 the morning of the murders \u2014 from local businesses and residences in the area. They\u2019ve requested all videos, even if there doesn\u2019t appear to be any motion in them.
