The information was requested of two accounts belonging to Reade, including @ReadeAlexandra\u00a0and @TaraMcCabe.<\/p>\n<p>The DOJ requested the following information from the accounts, according to the Caller:<\/p>\n<p><em>Subscriber name;<\/em><em>Address;<\/em><em>Records of session times and durations, to include attempted\/failed\/unauthenticated\u00a0logins;<\/em><em>Length of service (including start date) and types of service utilized;<\/em><em>Telephone or instrument number or other subscriber number or identity, including any\u00a0temporarily assigned network address; and<\/em><em>Means and source of payment for such service (including any credit card or bank account\u00a0number)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Reade told the Caller that she didn\u2019t \u201cknow why\u201d the DOJ requested the information.<\/p>\n<p><b data-stringify-type=\"bold\"><a class=\"c-link\" tabindex=\"-1\" href=\"https:\/\/get.dailywire.com\/subscribe\/plus?utm_campaign=dwplus&#038;utm_medium=editorial&#038;utm_source=dwsite&#038;cid=dwplus&#038;mid=z&#038;xid=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-stringify-link=\"https:\/\/get.dailywire.com\/subscribe\/plus?utm_campaign=dwplus&#038;utm_medium=editorial&#038;utm_source=dwsite&#038;cid=dwplus&#038;mid=z&#038;xid=0\" data-sk=\"tooltip_parent\" data-remove-tab-index=\"true\">TIRED OF THE LEGACY MEDIA\u2019S BIAS CONTROLLING THE NARRATIVE AND OBSCURING THE TRUTH? JOIN US AND SAVE 30%.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cOther than coming forward about Joe Biden, there would be no reason for them to do that,\u201d\u00a0she told the outlet.<\/p>\n<p>The grand jury was scheduled for July 9, 2020, but Hayden Schottlaender, a Perkins Coie lawyer representing Twitter, didn\u2019t reach out to Reade until December 8, 2020, to tell her about the subpoena.<\/p>\n<p>Reade told the Caller that Schottlaender spoke to her on the phone that day, telling her Twitter tried to fight the subpoena in court but \u201cthen had to file a motion\u201d to let her know it \u201cwas happening.\u201d Schottlaender followed up that conversation with an email obtained by the Caller.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo recap our conversations to date, I represent Twitter and have contacted you to inform you that Twitter received the attached subpoena from the United States Department of Justice, seeking data related to your Twitter account(s). The subpoena issues in a sealed proceeding,\u201d\u00a0Schottlaender wrote in the email.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs I mentioned, Twitter intends to comply with this subpoena on December 16, 2020, unless it receives notice from you that a motion to quash or otherwise invalidate this subpoena has been filed. If you do file any such motions, please send a copy directly to me at this email address. If, on the other hand, you have no concerns with Twitter producing the requested data, please similarly let me know,\u201d\u00a0Schottlaender added.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in 2020, Reade said she had filed a police report in April 2020 alleging Biden sexually assaulted her in 1993 while he was a senator. Reade <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/schow-the-metoo-women-the-democratic-party-doesnt-care-about\">reportedly<\/a> told friends of Biden\u2019s alleged assault that year.
