Kitna admitted to having found and posted the images which he believed to have been legal since he \u201cfound them\u201d online.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKitna advised that he realized he should not have shared those two images,\u201d the statement continued, \u201cbased on the reaction from the other Discord user that he shared them with. Kitna advised shortly after that, his Discord account was deactivated and that he assumed someone reported him to Discord. Kitna stated that he received an email from Discord stating that his account was deactivated due to violation of terms of service.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-block full\">\n<div class=\"video-player youtube\">[embedded content]<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>RELATED:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boundingintosports.com\/2022\/10\/vikings-offensive-lineman-oli-udoh-arrested-for-allegedly-following-woman-into-the-restroom-at-miami-nightclub\/\">Vikings Offensive Lineman Oli Udoh Arrested For Allegedly Following Woman Into The Restroom At Miami Nightclub<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen I spoke to a detective, there is, you know when it\u2019s a child and according to detectives, this was an image of a child,\u201d said GPD Public Information Officer David Chudzik to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wcjb.com\/2022\/12\/01\/you-know-when-its-child-gainesville-police-officers-speak-gators-football-player-child-porn-arrest\/\">WCBJ<\/a>. \u201cThat was his excuse for it, that he found it on the internet, that is not an excuse.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to Chudzik, this specific case \u201cis getting a lot of attention but our internet crimes against children team has solved about a dozen of these cases that have led to arrests. The timing has nothing to do with it, the timing aligns with others of our cases when we do them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The GPD\u2019s search warrant allowed them to seize Kitna\u2019s electronic devices, which also exposed three more images of child sexual abuse material.
