The suspect also attempted to evict the victim from the residence and locked her out of the home,&#8221; police said in a news release.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>FOX13 also reported that Brown allegedly threatened to shoot the victim if she tried to enter the residence.<\/p>\n<p>The following day the Tampa Police Department filed a request for a risk protection order in Hillsborough County, but the petition was denied by a judge, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/steelersnow.com\/florida-police-requested-risk-protection-order-vs-antonio-brown-denied-by-judge\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Steelers Now<\/a> citing court documents.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>According to state law, orders of protection allow law enforcement to restrict an individual&#8217;s access to firearms for up to a year if the person is considered to &#8220;pose a significant danger of harming himself\/herself or others by possessing a firearm.&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/sports\/antonio-brown-ordered-pay-huge-sum-truck-driver-assault-case\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>Brown\u2019s latest legal issue<\/u><\/a> comes just over a month after he was ordered to pay a moving truck driver $1.2 million following an alleged assault in February 2020.<\/p>\n<div class=\"image-ct inline\">\n<div class=\"m\"><source media=\"(max-width: 767px)\" \/><source media=\"(min-width: 767px) and (max-width: 1023px)\" \/><source media=\"(min-width: 1024px) and (max-width: 1279px)\" \/><source media=\"(min-width: 1280px)\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/a57.foxnews.com\/static.foxnews.com\/foxnews.com\/content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/640\/320\/Antonio-Brown6.jpg?ve=1&#038;tl=1\" alt=\"Antonio Brown of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers carries the ball against the defense of the New York Jets in the third quarter of the game at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, on Jan. 2, 2022.\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"caption\">\n<p>\n      Antonio Brown of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers carries the ball against the defense of the New York Jets in the third quarter of the game at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, on Jan. 2, 2022.<br \/>\n      <span class=\"copyright\">(Elsa\/Getty Images)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Court documents show that Anton Tumanov and Brown got into a dispute over payment of service for delivering something to Brown\u2019s house.
