A <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.webmd.com\/depression\/guide\/detecting-depression\" target=\"_blank\">mood disorder<\/a> characterized by &#8220;constant sadness or lack of interest in life&#8221; that lasts &#8220;for many days to weeks and keeps you from living your life,&#8221; according to WebMD, the World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/news-room\/fact-sheets\/detail\/depression\" target=\"_blank\">280 million people worldwide<\/a> suffer from depression.<\/p>\n<p>Fortunately, there are various <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/bestlifeonline.com\/depression-treatment-news\/\" target=\"_blank\">and effective treatments<\/a> that can help address depression. &#8220;Although antidepressants may not cure depression, they can reduce symptoms,&#8221; On the other hand, your symptoms may have improved to the point where you don&#8217;t feel you need medication anymore.
