The Hill reveals that the far-left is <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/homenews\/state-watch\/3754872-progressives-cool-on-finding-an-alternative-to-biden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">seemingly happy with Joe Biden<\/a>, and they\u2019re no longer looking for a replacement.<\/p>\n<p>While Biden has long said he would run again, there have always been rumblings that he wouldn\u2019t be up to the job or wouldn\u2019t be left-wing enough to satisfy the increasingly radical left wing of the party. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) is the leader of the Congressional Progressive Caucus. In a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2022\/11\/21\/ron-klain-white-house-west-wing-00069645\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recent interview with Politico,<\/a> Jayapal stated, \u201cHe was not my first or second choice for president, but I am a convert.\u201d And further, \u201cI never thought I would say this, but I believe he should run for another term and finish this agenda we laid out.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jayapal, who is just as left-wing as the \u201cSquad,\u201d isn\u2019t alone. Cooper Teboe is a far-left Democrat Strategist who sees <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/homenews\/state-watch\/3754872-progressives-cool-on-finding-an-alternative-to-biden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a silencing of those who might<\/a> have doubts about Joe Biden.<\/p>\n<div id=\"subscribe\" class=\"email-signup inarticle\">\n<h4>Support Conservative Voices!<\/h4>\n<h5><strong>Sign up to receive the latest<\/strong> political news, insight, and commentary delivered directly to your inbox.<\/h5>\n<\/div>\n<p>He said, \u201cI think what the midterms did accomplish is they silenced that. Even if Biden was running for reelection, I think we could have seen a few people run against him. But now, I think he\u2019s got a clear field.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In other words, don\u2019t look for California\u2019s Gavin Newsom or the world\u2019s oldest man, socialist Bernie Sanders, to run against Biden\u2019s left.<\/p>\n<p>While Joe Biden has always been a New England liberal, the far-left wing of the Democrat Party has clearly pulled him over. The first two years of his presidency are proof of that.<\/p>\n<p>Chaos at the wide open U.S. southern border continues to be a huge problem.<\/p>\n<p>Fox News reports that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/biden-admins-border-woes-increasing-2022-draws-close\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">in fiscal year 2022, there have been<\/a> 2.3 million migrant encounters. That is well over the 1.7 million reported for FY2021. There is no indication that FY2023 will be any better, with 230,000 encounters reported just for October 2022 alone.<\/p>\n<p>To give you an idea of how radically left Biden is on the border, even Bill Clinton <a href=\"https:\/\/thepoliticalinsider.com\/how-bad-is-it-even-bill-clinton-says-theres-a-limit-to-how-many-immigrants-the-us-can-take\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recently said there\u2019s a limit<\/a> to how many immigrants America could take.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, <a href=\"https:\/\/thepoliticalinsider.com\/biden-suggests-banning-all-semi-automatic-firearms-dems-renew-defund-the-police-ruse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Biden suggested banning <em>all<\/em><\/a> semi-automatic weapons \u2013 one of the most radical gun control agendas in decades, if not ever.<\/p>\n<p>On the spending front, the Inflation Reduction Act <a href=\"https:\/\/thepoliticalinsider.com\/after-inflation-reduction-act-passes-cbs-reports-it-may-not-reduce-inflation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">quickly became the Tax, Healthcare<\/a>, and Climate bill after a report from CBS News declared that a group of economists stated that the massive $740 billion would do very little to curb inflation.<\/p>\n<p>But it was music to the ears of progressives, and addressed all of their pet issues. That is the fact that if he is reelected, he will be 83 years old at the time he is sworn in. Should he serve an entire second term, he would leave office on January 20, 2029 at 87 years old.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Former President Donald Trump has already thrown his hat in the ring for 2024, and he would be slightly younger upon taking office at age 78. And while Trump continues to enjoy huge Republican support and still leads in polling, a possible golden ticket for Republicans going up against Biden in 2024 could be a much younger Ron DeSantis.<\/p>\n<p>But for now, <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/homenews\/state-watch\/3754872-progressives-cool-on-finding-an-alternative-to-biden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the guy for Democrats is<\/a> Joe Biden.<\/p>\n<p>Jonathan Kott, former adviser to Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) had this to say: \u201cThose calls died down because Bidenism proved to be a winning strategy during the midterms and he was the most successful president, legislatively, of our generation.
