Since early 2020, TV and print profiles have deluged Fauci with endless adulation, spurring the sale of Fauci votive candles, Fauci bobbleheads and #trustFauci Twitter hashtags. But Wednesday, Fauci\u2019s mind vanished.<\/p>\n<p>Or at least that\u2019s what he claimed. A federal judge compelled Fauci to answer questions from  <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/09\/01\/white-house-big-tech-colluded-to-censor-misinformation-lawsuit\/\">lawyers suing toreveal the role<\/a> of\u00a0\u201cdozens of federal officials across at least 11 federal agencies \u201c to suppress\u00a0\u201cdisfavored speakers, viewpoints and content on social-media platforms.\u201d That lawsuit is exposing how Biden\u2019s war on disinformation is demolishing Americans\u2019 freedom of speech.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/11\/23\/dr-fauci-sits-for-deposition-in-covid-19-social-media-censorship-case\/\">Fauci was deposed on Wednesday<\/a> by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry. Landry labeled Fauci the\u00a0\u201cman who single-handedly wrecked the US economy based upon \u2018the science, follow the science.\u2019\u201d But \u201cover the course of seven hours, we discovered that he can\u2019t recall practically anything dealing with his COVID response,\u201d\u00a0Landry said.<\/p>\n<p>So Fauci is\u00a0\u201comniscient except during depositions\u201d?<\/p>\n<p>Missouri Attorney General Schmitt <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Eric_Schmitt\/status\/1595549984556027904?s=20&#038;t=DDeUKt3hN2vL3l5b1ATkVg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">said the deposition revealed<\/a>: \u201cWhen Fauci speaks \u2014 social media censors.\u201c The lawsuit will continue to expose federal shenanigans with perhaps the biggest bombshells still to come.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/11\/eric-schmitt-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/eric-schmitt-1.jpg\" alt=\"Missouri AG Eric Schmitt said that \" social media censors \/><\/a><figcaption>Missouri AG Eric Schmitt said that \u201csocial media censors\u201d when Fauci speaks.<\/figcaption><figcaption><span class=\"credit\">AP Photo\/Jeff Roberson<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>How many lies did Fauci tell on Wednesday? The transcript has not been released, but a few\u00a0\u201cpants on fire\u201d snippets have come out. After Fauci championed lockdowns to vanquish COVID, top scientists from Oxford, Stanford and Harvard in October 2020 issued the Great Barrington Declaration, which argued that\u00a0\u201cfocused protection\u201d for high-risk groups (such as the elderly) was vastly preferable to shutting down society.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module alignright\">\n\t<\/aside>\n<p>When asked about his role in assailing that Declaration, Fauci declared, \u201cI have a very busy day job running a $6 billion institute. I don\u2019t have time to worry about things like the Great Barrington Declaration.\u201d But less than two weeks after the Declaration\u2019s release, Fauci emailed Deborah Birx, the White House COVID chief, \u201cI have come out very strongly publicly against the Great Barrington Declaration.\u201d Fauci did multiple media interviews castigating any suggestion that lockdowns were unnecessary to save America.<\/p>\n<p>Fauci apparently sees himself as part of a caste of politically favored scientists entitled to rule Americans\u2019 lives. <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Eric_Schmitt\/status\/1595574863997042688?s=20&#038;t=XfYX8B2ATBo_vIHx-mizHQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Schmitt tweeted <\/a>that Fauci declared during the deposition that \u201cthe rest of us \u2018don\u2019t have the ability\u2019 to determine what\u2019s best for ourselves.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Fauci has consistently behaved as if federal health officials deserve unchallengeable dictatorial powers. When a federal judge in April struck down the Biden administration mask mandate for airplane travelers, Fauci caterwauled, \u201cThis is a CDC issue, it should not have been a court issue.\u201d Fauci neglected to reveal the secret provision of the Constitution that entitles political appointees to nullify the rest of the nation\u2019s founding document.<\/p>\n<p>Fauci has had more flip-flops than a Ringling Bros. trapeze artist. In early 2020, he <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/media\/anthony-fauci-hydroxychloroquine-use-coronavirus\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">scoffed at the notion<\/a> that masks would prevent COVID transmission \u2014 and then jumped on the bandwagon to <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2021\/06\/03\/fauci-emails-show-his-flip-flopping-on-wearing-masks-to-fight-covid\/\">champion unreliable cloth masks<\/a>. In May 2021, Fauci said the vaccinated would not transmit COVID \u2014 a claim he continued to repeat long after the evidence debunked that claim.
