RIP Wilko Johnson.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Johnson\u2019s official cause of death has not been revealed \u2014 but he was open about his previous battle with pancreatic cancer.<\/p>\n<p>He is best known as the guitarist for the British band Dr. Feelgood. In 1976, the band\u2019s album \u201cStupidity\u201d was number one in the UK, but Johnson left the band a year later.
