She was 47.<\/p>\n<p>A message shared by Susan Raab Ceklosky said her \u201cbeautiful, smart, fierce, incredibly talented, and loving sister-in-law\u201d had passed away, <a href=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/2022\/tv\/obituaries-people-news\/nicki-aycox-dead-supernatural-1235438900\/\">Variety<\/a> magazine reported. The actress appeared on the show in 2006, and again in 2008, the outlet noted. Masters played a former human who became the host of a demon in the first season, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/1355362\/supernaturals-nicki-aycox-dead-at-47\">E! News<\/a> noted.<\/p>\n<p>Shortly after reports of her death surfaced, fellow \u201cSupernatural\u201d creator Eric Kripke and other co-stars reacted to the loss.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGutted to hear the great #NickiAycox, our first #MegMasters, passed away. Too young,\u201d Kripke wrote on Twitter. \u201cShe was a delight &#038; delivered lines like honey &#038; venom. She was a terrific actress and a delightful colleague. I\u2019m so sad to hear of her death.
