How he has the time to come up with genius tweets while running multiple businesses is beyond me, but somehow he finds it. He was at it again Friday, brutally mocking seven Democrat senators who <a href=\"https:\/\/redstate.com\/nick-arama\/2022\/11\/18\/more-dems-target-musk-as-he-lets-some-banned-people-back-drops-new-speech-policy-n660788\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wrote a letter<\/a> to the FTC demanding an investigation into Twitter\u2019s practices since Elon took over.<\/p>\n<p>Musk fired back:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"zxx\" dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/OjhQJvruTy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pic.twitter.com\/OjhQJvruTy<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Elon Musk (@elonmusk) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/elonmusk\/status\/1593624195136487426?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">November 18, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Elon is pointing out in a way that words alone can\u2019t that the Democrats are hypocritical for whining and raving about Twitter while ignoring a real scandal\u2014the <a href=\"https:\/\/redstate.com\/jenniferoo\/2022\/11\/12\/the-fall-of-ftx-renews-calls-for-government-regulation-of-cryptocurrencies-n658023\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">collapse<\/a> of the cryptocurrency exchange FTX, and the tens of millions donated to their coffers by its founder, Sam Bankman-Fried. As my colleague <a href=\"https:\/\/redstate.com\/nick-arama\/2022\/11\/17\/maxine-waters-dodges-questions-about-ftx-as-pics-of-her-with-sbf-raise-new-concerns-n660391\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nick Arama reported<\/a>, Chair of the House Financial Services Committee Maxine Waters was asked if Dems who received campaign cash from FTX should give it back. Waters: \u201cWell, I don\u2019t want to get into that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Right. Talk about intimidation tactics. But they certainly haven\u2019t been as loud about Bankman-Fried.<\/p>\n<p>The list of senators consists of the usual suspects\u2014Elizabeth Warren, Edward Markey, Richard Blumenthal, Dianne Feinstein, Ben Ray Lujan, Cory Booker, and Robert Menendez. Question: did <a href=\"https:\/\/redstate.com\/sister-toldjah\/2022\/11\/15\/dianne-feinstein-has-an-alarming-exchange-with-a-reporter-and-i-have-thoughts-n659447\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dianne Feinstein<\/a> actually know what she was signing?<\/p>\n<p>Lots of folks\u2014including one of my favorite writers during the pandemic, author and vax critic <a href=\"https:\/\/alexberenson.substack.com\/p\/the-incredible-disappointment-of-70f?utm_source=profile&#038;utm_medium=reader2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alex Berenson<\/a>\u2014have been extremely critical of Musk since he took over the Twitterverse, but I have found his new leadership utterly refreshing for one reason: comedy. He\u2019s been on a roll lately, and his tweets are the most priceless since Donald Trump was banned. The FTX scandal is shaping up to be much worse than the 2001 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.investopedia.com\/updates\/enron-scandal-summary\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Enron collapse<\/a>, and Democrats\u2019 hands are looking extremely dirty at this point.
