Senator Hawley will still be in the minority when the new Senate meets. FTX is currently in Chapter 11 bankruptcy with a new CEO, John Ray, who liquidated Enron at the helm.<\/p>\n<p>We need to see similar action in the House where House Financial Services chairwoman Maxine Waters (yes, I know, lolol) is gearing up to <del>whitewash<\/del> investigate FTX.
