I\u2019ve done this SPECIFICALLY to improve the quality of my fans\u2019 experience by doing it myself with my team who care as much about my fans as I do.\u201d<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Taylor Swift releases statement regarding the Ticketmaster sale of her Eras Tour:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s truly amazing that 2.4 million people got tickets, but it really pisses me off that a lot of them feel like they went through several bear attacks to get them.\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/zrDWK8dIHg\">pic.twitter.com\/zrDWK8dIHg<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Pop Base (@PopBase) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PopBase\/status\/1593652003959279617?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 18, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s really difficult for me to trust an outside entity with these relationships and loyalties, and excruciating for me to just watch mistakes happen with no recourse,\u201d she added. \u201cThere are a multitude of reasons why people had such a hard time trying to get tickets and I\u2019m trying to figure out how this situation can be improved moving forward.
