But President Joe Biden\u2019s deputies also release nearly all of the migrants, despite laws requiring the detention of asylum seekers.<\/p>\n<p>That catch-and-release policy gives migrants plenty of time to pay off their smuggling debts, summon more home-country migrants, have U.S.-citizen children, and hide from the nation\u2019s deportation agency.<\/p>\n<p class=\"a8d-pre\">The decision, unveiled a week after Election Day, immediately bars the Department of Homeland Security from enforcing the Title 42 anti-disease barrier at the border. The decision was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dcd.uscourts.gov\/content\/senior-judge-emmet-g-sullivan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">approved<\/a> by Emmet Sullivan, a far-left, Democrat-nominated judge overseeing an ACLU lawsuit.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">BREAKING \u2014 U.S. Judge Emmet Sullivan voids the Title 42 order that has allowed U.S. border officials to quickly expel migrants, finding it &#8220;arbitrary and capricious in violation of the Administrative Procedure Act&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/E9tzNDtZpq\">pic.twitter.com\/E9tzNDtZpq<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Camilo Montoya-Galvez (@camiloreports) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/camiloreports\/status\/1592627227317141504?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 15, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThis decision \u2014 which takes effect immediately \u2014 knocks down one of the last remaining barriers to complete anarchy at the border,\u201d said a statement from the Federation for American Immigration Reform. \u201cIf the Biden administration does not appeal, it will be one of the most egregious derelictions of duty when it comes to border security, once again proving that the crisis is deliberate and something they never intend to fix.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The White House \u2014 and Republican governor of Texas, Greg Abbott \u2014 may appeal the judgment to other judges and to Justice John Roberts on the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n<p>The nation\u2019s pro-migration border chief, Alejandro Mayorkas, has been reducing the use of the Title 42 barrier since he took over the nation\u2019s borders in February 2021.\u00a0In October, for example. 277,500 people <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbp.gov\/newsroom\/stats\/nationwide-encounters\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">arrived<\/a> at the border, but Mayorkas excluded just one-third \u2014 81,500 \u2014 under Title 42.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_21450721\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/GettyImages-1241221775-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-21450721\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/GettyImages-1241221775-1.png\" alt=\"border US Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas chairs a plenary session of the 9th Summit of the Americas in Los Angeles, California, June 10, 2022. FALLON\/AFP via Getty Images)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>In the 12 months before October 2022, almost 2.7 million migrants were registered while crossing the border.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>Mayorkas declined to use the Title 42 legal barrier to exclude 1.66 million of those migrants from the United States.<\/p>\n<p>The elite-backed, multi-decade inflow of illegal migrants and legal migrants has imposed a huge cost on Americans by pressuring\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2022\/05\/24\/goldman-sachs-import-workers-to-cut-wages-by-100-billion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">down<\/a> their wages.\u00a0It has also\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/09\/16\/alexandria-ocasio-cortez-says-migrants-are-a-blessing-amid-rising-rents-in-new-york-city\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">boosted<\/a> rents and housing prices, and it has reduced ordinary, native-born Americans\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/11\/04\/democrats-claim-extra-1-5-million-immigrant-voters\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">clout<\/a> in local and national <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2022\/10\/30\/cbs-poll-voters-say-democrats-prioritize-migrants-over-americans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">elections<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The inflow has also pushed many native-born Americans out of careers in a wide <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2020\/05\/20\/fortune-500-ceos-use-h-1b-visa-workers-to-grow-a-bonded-labor-workforce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">variety<\/a> of fields and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/10\/25\/washpost-legalize-more-migrants-to-take-american-jobs-in-florida\/\">spiked<\/a> the number of \u201cDeaths of Despair.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The border welcome offered by Mayorkas and Biden has also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2022\/11\/06\/border-closure-dams-mayorkas-flood-of-venezuelans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">killed<\/a> thousands of job-seeking migrants, both at the U.S.-Mexico border, and further south, especially in the Panamanian jungle.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"a8d-pre twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Hamleisy and Hamleisky Ortega, of Venezuela, traveling hand-in-hand through the Dari\u00e9n Gap, trying to make it to the United States. <\/p>\n<p>They brought with them their pet turtle, called Tuga. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/7n39INmkpm\">pic.twitter.com\/7n39INmkpm<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 julieturkewitz (@julieturkewitz) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/julieturkewitz\/status\/1590815147635150848?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 10, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B4\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>However, Democrats are working with the GOP\u2019s business wing to pressure the populist wing of the GOP into approving another citizenship-diluting amnesty and more wage-cutting migration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Extraction Migration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Government officials try to grow the economy by raising exports, productivity, and the birth rate. Those strategies are difficult and slow, and so officials also try to expand the economy by extracting millions of migrants from poor countries to serve as extra workers, consumers, and renters.<\/p>\n<p>This policy floods the labor market and so it\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/research.stlouisfed.org\/publications\/review\/2020\/10\/22\/why-is-the-labor-share-declining\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">shifts<\/a>\u00a0vast wealth from ordinary people to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2022\/05\/24\/goldman-sachs-import-workers-to-cut-wages-by-100-billion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">investors<\/a>, <a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/welcome.us\/ceo-council\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">billionaires<\/a>, and\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.macrotrends.net\/2324\/sp-500-historical-chart-data\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">Wall Street<\/a>. It also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/12\/20\/washington-post-low-wage-employers-struggle-after-cheap-labor-bubble\/\">makes<\/a>\u00a0it difficult for ordinary Americans to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/03\/29\/bidens-commerce-chief-fights-mayorkas-to-get-jobs-for-americans\/\">advance<\/a> in their careers, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/04\/08\/elite-academics-hide-amnesty-wage-pain-americans\/\">get<\/a> married, <a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/fred.stlouisfed.org\/series\/MEHOINUSA672N\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">raise<\/a>\u00a0families, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/06\/16\/new-yorks-mayoral-rivals-vow-cheap-housing-plus-more-migrants\/\">buy<\/a>\u00a0homes, or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbo.gov\/system\/files\/2022-09\/57598-family-wealth.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gain wealth<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Extraction migration\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2020\/07\/30\/intels-stock-drops-as-its-visa-worker-population-rises\/\">slows<\/a>\u00a0innovation and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2020\/07\/11\/president-trump-wins-big-on-secret-meatpacking-robots\/\">shrinks<\/a> Americans\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/08\/09\/u-s-labor-productivity-suffers-biggest-crash-ever-recorded\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">productivity<\/a>. This happens because migration allows employers to boost stock prices by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2022\/05\/30\/ny-times-fewer-illegal-farmworkers-encourages-innovation-higher-productivity-agriculture\/\">using<\/a>\u00a0stoop labor and\u00a0disposable <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/12\/20\/washington-post-low-wage-employers-struggle-after-cheap-labor-bubble\/\">workers<\/a> instead of the skilled American professionals and productivity-boosting\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2020\/04\/05\/watch-americans-machines-hard-working-migrants\/\">technology<\/a>\u00a0that earlier allowed Americans and their communities to earn more money.<\/p>\n<p>This migration policy also reduces exports because it <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/11\/20\/gop-donors-economist-immigration-can-offset-foreign-trade-risks\/\">minimizes<\/a> shareholder pressure on C-suite executives to\u00a0take a career risk by trying to<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/AlecStapp\/status\/1536123666286755842?s=20&#038;t=hLInnhn2NcKgLugbC7V65w\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\"> grow<\/a>\u00a0exports to poor countries.<\/p>\n<p>Migration\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/03\/04\/joe-biden-delivers-flood-of-cheap-migrant-labor-to-new-york\/\">undermines<\/a>\u00a0employees\u2019\u00a0workplace\u00a0rights, and it\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/08\/13\/zuckerbergs-data-says-amnesty-gives-economic-windfall-coastal-democratic-states\/\">widens<\/a>\u00a0the regional economic gaps between the Democrats\u2019 cheap-labor coastal states and the Republicans\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/01\/10\/former-steeltown-seeks-afghans-to-replace-americans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">heartland<\/a> and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2022\/04\/19\/alabama-gop-senate-race-mike-durant-promise-more-foreign-workers-to-the-people-i-represent\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">southern<\/a> states.<\/p>\n<p>An economy fueled by extraction migration also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2020\/07\/30\/wapo-generations-of-demographic-change-in-arizona-favors-democrats\/\">drains<\/a> Americans\u2019 political clout over elites and it <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2020\/06\/06\/authors-antifa-rioters-are-the-tech-economys-college-discards\/\">alienates<\/a>\u00a0young people. It <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/01\/survey-elite-imposed-migration-is-transforming-national-politics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">radicalizes<\/a> Americans\u2019 democratic civic <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tag\/white-supremacy\/\">culture<\/a> because it\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Diseases_of_despair\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">gives<\/a> a moral excuse and an economic tool\u00a0to the wealthy elites and progressives who want to\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JorgeAl49986803\/status\/1439791277571145737?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">divorce<\/a> outspoken Americans \u2014 and especially poor Americans at the bottom of society, such as drug addicts.<\/p>\n<p>This diversify-and-rule investor strategy is enthusiastically pushed by progressives. They wish to transform the U.S. from a society governed by European-origin civic culture into an economic empire of jealous identity groups overseen by progressive hall monitors. \u201cWe\u2019re trying to become the first multiracial, multi-ethnic superpower in the world,\u201d Rep. Rohit Khanna (D-CA)\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2022\/03\/21\/opinion\/sway-kara-swisher-ro-khanna.html?showTranscript=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">told<\/a>\u00a0the\u00a0<em>New York Times<\/em>\u00a0in March 2022. \u201cIt will be an extraordinary achievement \u2026 We will ultimately triumph,\u201d he boasted.<\/p>\n<p>But the progressives\u2019 colonialism-like economic strategy <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/02\/01\/dhs-mayorkas-welcomes-illegal-migrant-survivor-boat-disaster\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kills<\/a> many <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2022\/07\/03\/u-n-says-joe-bidens-border-is-deadliest-land-crossing-in-the-world\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">migrants<\/a>. It <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2020\/04\/05\/watch-americans-machines-hard-working-migrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">exploits<\/a> the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2022\/08\/25\/child-pregnancy-reveals-enslaved-migrants-illinois\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">poverty<\/a> of migrants and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/04\/13\/joe-bidens-half-open-border-splits-tens-of-thousands-of-families\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">splits<\/a>\u00a0foreign families as it\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/01\/10\/critics-joe-biden-is-restarting-hunger-games-migration-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">extracts<\/a>\u00a0human resources from poor home countries to serve wealthy U.S. investors.<\/p>\n<p>Progressives\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/NatImmForum\/status\/1545860364461658113?s=20&#038;t=f4EG7rpE7ADIJDD0OdwrTQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">hide<\/a>\u00a0this extraction migration economic policy behind a wide variety of\u00a0noble-sounding explanations and theatrical border security\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/national-security\/interactive\/2022\/border-arizona-immigration-biden\/?itid=ap_nickmiroff\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">programs<\/a>. Progressives <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tag\/nation-of-immigrants\/\">claim<\/a>\u00a0the U.S. is a \u201cNation of Immigrants,\u201d that economic migrants are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2022\/09\/23\/gop-rep-mccaul-biden-lets-cuba-venezuela-weaponize-migration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">political<\/a> victims, that migration helps\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/06\/18\/new-amnesty-argument-to-voters-migrants-kids-do-better-than-your-kids\/\">migrants<\/a>\u00a0more than Americans, and that the state must\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/05\/19\/nytimes-population-replacement-is-routine-and-renewing\/\">renew<\/a>\u00a0itself\u00a0by replacing populations.<\/p>\n<p>Similarly, establishment Republicans, media businesses, and major GOP donors\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/07\/29\/house-gop-finally-offers-border-security-platform\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hide<\/a>\u00a0the skew towards investors by ignoring the pocketbook impact and by touting border chaos,\u00a0welfare <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2022\/08\/13\/new-york-democrats-welcome-bidens-migrant-workers-renters\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">spending<\/a>, migrant crime, and drug smuggling.<\/p>\n<p>Many polls show the public wants to welcome some immigration, but the polls also show <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2020\/04\/24\/poll-trumps-opponents-applaud-his-jobs-for-americans-immigration-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">deep<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2017\/01\/31\/poll-shows-public-support-trump-migration-poicy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">broad<\/a> public <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2020\/05\/28\/business-poll-backfires-shows-public-wants-less-migration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">opposition<\/a>\u00a0to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2020\/11\/16\/exit-polls-3-in-4-voters-want-less-immigration-during-and-after-pandemic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">labor migration<\/a> and to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2020\/08\/06\/ipsos-poll-public-opposes-migrant-workers-by-21\/\">inflow<\/a>\u00a0of temporary contract workers into the jobs needed by the families of blue-collar and white-collar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/10\/21\/critics-feds-ok-fortune-500-war-on-u-s-professional-class\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Americans<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2022\/08\/01\/globalist-magazine-immigration-is-untouchable-third-rail-issue\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Third Rail<\/a>\u201d\u00a0<a
