DePape said, &#8220;Ummm, nope,&#8221; broke free from Pelosi\u2019s grip and allegedly cracked his skull.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/apps-products\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><u>CLICK HERE TO GET THE FOX NEWS APP<\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Police tackled DePape at the scene, and he appeared in court days later with his arm in a sling \u2013 which was gone by Tuesday&#8217;s hearing.<\/p>\n<p>Pelosi was treated for a skull fracture and injuries to his arms and hands.<\/p>\n<p>On the state charges, a San Francisco judge has scheduled a discovery hearing for Nov. 28 and set a Dec. 14 preliminary hearing where witnesses could testify.
