Before walking off stage, he said, \u201cAs I think you know, it\u2019s extremely cold. Can you tell? I can. However, we will steam on, where to? Who knows.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The local temperature was 53 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of the performance. Onlookers said the band stayed onstage for a few minutes, appearing confused before they left as well.<\/p>\n<p>One of the crew members addressed the audience, saying, \u201cSorry, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the show is not going to continue. Very sorry. We\u2019ll see you next time.\u201d Fans responded with a chorus of boos and yelling.<\/p>\n<p>Morrissey later updated his official Instagram page, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/Ck6uzwESk3n\/\">writing<\/a>, \u201cThank you for coming out last night, LA. We love you and are grateful for your support. Please stand by for further announcements coming shortly.\u201d Comments were turned off for the post.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>That didn\u2019t stop angry fans from heading to Twitter to express their outrage. Concertgoers were overall not sympathetic to the alleged reason for his cancellation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHas happened to me 2 times already. Love him but kinda whiny man. Meanwhile some performers break their ankle in half and finish a show. Too bad for the fans\u2026\u201d one person <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/nuordrman\/status\/1591872891716775941\">wrote<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Another <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/sarah_gaydos\/status\/1591671825062572033\">shared<\/a>, \u201csummary of morrissey concert: he came out in a t shirt of himself, smoked a cig on stage, sang 5 songs, and then ended the concert. my mom WARNED ME.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHey #Morrissey, grab a soft little sweater for your delicate little skin, and stop being such a massive d*** to your fans,\u201d another person <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/thekevinryder\/status\/1591839529455190017\">wrote<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>No official reason was given for the cancellation.
