The lawsuit alleges that the \u201cHeaven Can Wait\u201d star reportedly paid \u201cundue attention\u201d to the then-minor when she met him on the set of his movie after her neighbor who worked there brought her to the set.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPlaintiff was initially thrilled that defendant doe was interested in her, and believed she was involved in a romantic relationship with a movie star,\u201d the suit read, the Daily Mail reported.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe used his role, status, and power as a well-known Hollywood Star to gain access to, groom, manipulate, exploit, and coerce sexual contact from her over the course of several months in the State of California,\u201d it added.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Warren Beatty Sued for Allegedly Coercing Sex With a Minor in\u00a01973 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/tDIkS5xjLp\">https:\/\/t.co\/tDIkS5xjLp<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 The Hollywood Reporter (@THR) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/THR\/status\/1590444420070920192?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 9, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The woman has accused Beatty of allegedly giving her his number and \u201cinstructing her to call him when she was close to his hotel,\u201d where he was living at the time. Hirsch alleged that he showered her with compliments and allegedly \u201cused his position and status as an adult, and a Hollywood movie star to coerce\u201d the teen into having sex with him in 1973 when she was both 14 and 15 years old.<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit alleged that Beatty reportedly coerced Hirsch into having a variety of sex with him on numerous occasions.<\/p>\n<p>Hirsch claimed in the court documents that because of the alleged abuse, she \u201csuffered severe emotional, physical and psychological distress, including humiliation, shame, and guilt.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPlaintiff has suffered personal physical injury of sexual assault, and has and will continue to suffer, psychological, mental and emotional distress, and all associated economic injury,\u201d it added.<\/p>\n<p>The woman is now seeking damages, special damages and punitive damages, the outlet noted.<\/p>\n<p>Beatty has been married to actress Annette Bening since the two tied the knot in 1992.
