Also included in the suite were two Democratic voters from Erie County who submitted undated mail-in ballots.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/pennsylvania-court-rejects-gop-push-stop-fixing-mail-ballots-incorrect-dates\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>PENNSYLVANIA COURT REJECTS GOP PUSH TO STOP FIXING MAIL-IN BALLOTS WITH INCORRECT DATES<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The date [requirement] imposes unnecessary hurdles that eligible Pennsylvanians must clear to exercise their most fundamental right, resulting in otherwise valid votes being arbitrarily rejected without any reciprocal benefit to the Commonwealth,&#8221; their lawsuit reads, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.<\/p>\n<p>The race between Fetterman and Republican Candidate <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/search-results\/search?q=Mehmet%20Oz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dr. Mehmet Oz<\/a> is neck and neck with recent polls giving the latter a slight edge over his opponent.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/foxnews.onelink.me\/xLDS?pid=AppArticleLink&#038;af_dp=foxnewsaf%3A%2F%2F&#038;af_web_dp=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.foxnews.com%2Fapps-products\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>CLICK HERE TO GET THE FOX NEWS APP<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It is estimated by Fetterman\u2019s camp that thousands of ballots will be left uncounted for what they characterize as a technicality related to a wrong or missing date.<\/p>\n<div class=\"article-meta\">\n<div class=\"author-bio\">\n<p>Greg Wehner is a breaking news reporter for Fox News Digital.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pennsylvania Lt.
