Circuit Court of Appeals\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/house-committee-may-obtain-trump-tax-returns-irs-federal-appeals-court-rules\">agreed with that ruling<\/a>\u00a0in August.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/biden-doj-trump-tax-returns-congress\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><u>BIDEN DOJ SAYS TRUMP&#8217;S TAX RETURNS CAN BE TURNED OVER TO CONGRESS<\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The full bench of the D.C.
