If a voter in Delaware does not have a photo ID, that voter is allowed to present another form of ID or sign an affidavit to affirm their identity.<\/p>\n<p>Biden has previously described laws requiring a photo ID to vote as racist.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s an attempt to repress minority voting masquerading as an attempt to end corruption,\u201d he <a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2021\/08\/27\/1031843795\/democrats-might-be-more-open-to-voter-id-laws-which-theyve-long-opposed\">said<\/a>\u00a0during a speech in 2014, when he was the vice president.<\/p>\n[embedded content]\n<p class=\"a8d-pre\">Once his identity was verified, Biden went behind a curtained booth as an election volunteer offered him some advice.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cJust touch it right?\u201d Biden asked.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYes sir. (Tasos Katopodis\/Pool Photo via AP)<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cI need my granddaughter to help me vote,\u201d he joked as he reappeared.<\/p>\n<p>Natalie Biden put her I voted sticker on the president and he reciprocated by putting his sticker on her and giving her a kiss on the cheek.<\/p>\n<p>When asked by reporters about how he was feeling about the midterm elections, Biden replied, \u201cI\u2019m feeling good.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m going to be spending the rest of the time making the case that this is not a referendum.
