Stay tuned, more to come,&#8221; the billionaire tweeted on Sunday, accusing\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/thepostmillennial.com\/elon-musk-says-twitter-accounts-suspended-for-minor-and-dubious-reasons-will-be-reinstated\">Twitter\u2019s<\/a> board and the law firm\u00a0of Wachtell, Rosen, Lipton, and Katz\u00a0of hiding evidence from the court.<\/p>\n<p>The Tesla and SpaceX CEO&#8217;s tweet included screenshots from\u00a0Yoel Roth,<b> <\/b>Twitter\u2019s head of safety and integrity.<\/p>\n<p>The conversation in the screenshot mentioned a Twitter employee named Amir who Roth accused of using Objectives and Key Results &#8220;based on fraudulent metrics.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;But also lol if Amir continues to BS me my escalation route is &#8216;Amir\u2019s OKRs are entirely based on fraudulent metrics and he doesn\u2019t care and may actively be trying to hide the ball,&#8221; Roth wrote on May 17.<\/p>\n<p>Just moments later, he added, &#8220;Literally doing what Elon Musk is accusing us of doing.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/thepostmillennial.com\/breaking-elon-musk-plans-to-reverse-twitter-lifetime-bans-assume-role-of-ceo\">Musk<\/a> had previously called off the $44 billion dollar buyout of Twitter saying the company was refusing to disclose the number of spam accounts and called the subterfuge &#8220;very suspicious.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxbusiness.com\/technology\/elon-musk-accuses-twitter-board-deliberately-hiding-evidence-court-stay-tuned\">Fox Business<\/a>,\u00a0Wachtell, Rosen, Lipton, and Katz was the law firm that represented Twitter in their suit against Musk.<\/p>\n<p>The messages from Roth came roughly around the same time that Musk had begun to raise suspicion about Twitter\u2019s reporting of spam bots.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I\u2019m worried that Twitter has a disincentive to reduce spam, as it reduces perceived daily users,&#8221; Musk tweeted on May 21.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;They still refuse to explain how they calculate that 5% of daily users are fake\/spam!
