Gavin Newsom in support of a proposal to enshrine abortion in the California State Constitution.<\/p>\n<p class=\"speakable\">In <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/macypetty0416\/status\/1583163981761753088?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">an open letter<\/a> she posted to her Twitter account on Oct. 20, pro-life activist Macy Petty excoriated Clinton, Newsom and those behind the ad, claiming that they misused her image to promote &#8220;demonic activity.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/HillaryClinton\/status\/1582407735601205248\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">video disseminated<\/a> by Clinton, Newsom and many others briefly depicts Petty collapsing to the ground in tears outside the Supreme Court as the announcement came in June that Roe v. Wade had been overturned. Superimposed over her image was the word &#8220;sad,&#8221; implying that Petty&#8217;s reaction was one of devastation instead of joy.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/christians-slam-newsom-disgusting-pro-abortion-billboards-quoting-jesus-satanic\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>CHRISTIANS SLAM NEWSOM FOR \u2018DISGUSTING\u2019 PRO-ABORTION BILLBOARDS QUOTING JESUS: \u2018SATANIC\u2019<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Hey Hillary, I\u2019m the girl crying in this video,&#8221; Petty tweeted at Clinton on Oct. 20. &#8220;I am pro-life and those are HAPPY tears because I just witnessed a MIRACLE!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I\u2019m part of a generation of pro-life activists,&#8221; Petty <a href=\"https:\/\/www.christianpost.com\/news\/woman-outraged-over-use-of-her-image-prop-1-pro-abortion-ad.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">told The Christian Post<\/a> in an interview published Friday. &#8220;My mom worked at a pregnancy center, and my grandma started one. So it\u2019s in my blood. I was overwhelmed. As I continued to witness history, I pondered how lucky I was to witness such an event. I thanked the Lord for this decision and for opening my eyes to the evil of abortion. This is what brought me to tears.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I will not stand by as you use my face, my tears, and my passion in a way that promotes demonic activity,&#8221; Petty added in part.
