Meanwhile, it\u2019s the blue party that\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/10\/25\/democrats-the-only-way-to-save-democracy-is-one-party-rule\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">working overtime<\/a> to erode and replace the actual democratic processes responsible for keeping our nation running. <\/p>\n<p>Here is a list of everything Democrats claim is \u201ca threat to democracy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p> Donald Trump <\/p>\n<p>Americans think <a href=\"https:\/\/www.outkick.com\/americans-see-corporate-media-as-bigger-threat-to-democracy-than-donald-trump\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">corporate media are a bigger \u201cthreat to democracy\u201d<\/a> than former President Donald Trump yet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msnbc.com\/rachel-maddow-show\/maddowblog\/bob-woodward-warns-americans-trump-threat-democracy-rcna53908\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">not<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/policy\/national-security\/3685773-sarah-matthews-trump-is-a-threat-to-democracy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">one day<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/sanantonioreport.org\/donald-trump-big-lie-democracy-election-integrity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">goes by<\/a> without a Democrat, talking head, or corporate media outlet asserting the Republican is responsible for the downfall of the nation. <\/p>\n<p>The \u201cthreat to democracy\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/opinions\/donald-trump-is-a-unique-threat-to-american-democracy\/2016\/07\/22\/a6d823cc-4f4f-11e6-aa14-e0c1087f7583_story.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">accusations<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2016\/12\/16\/opinion\/sunday\/is-donald-trump-a-threat-to-democracy.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">began<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2016\/12\/12\/505205197\/is-donald-trump-a-threat-to-democracy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">before<\/a> Trump won the 2016 election, have continued <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2018\/01\/10\/opinion\/trumps-how-democracies-die.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">throughout<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theatlantic.com\/politics\/archive\/2019\/07\/democrats-have-found-their-battle-cry\/593881\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">his presidency<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2021\/08\/02\/politics\/donald-trump-doj-republicans-insurrection-january-6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">repeatedly<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.desmoinesregister.com\/story\/opinion\/columnists\/iowa-view\/2021\/01\/09\/trump-threat-democracy-urgent-action-needed-restore-norms\/6592467002\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">make headlines<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2022\/01\/02\/cheney-trump-threat-democracy-526356\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">more than a year<\/a> after the end of his first term. <\/p>\n<p> Republicans <\/p>\n<p>What could possibly be a bigger \u201cthreat to democracy\u201d than Democrats\u2019 top Trumpian foe? According to President Joe Biden, it is \u201cMAGA Republicans.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDonald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic,\u201d Biden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/speeches-remarks\/2022\/09\/01\/remarks-by-president-bidenon-the-continued-battle-for-the-soul-of-the-nation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">said<\/a> during a doom-and-gloom speech in Philadelphia earlier this year.<\/p>\n<p>Whether it\u2019s Republican voters, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.democracydocket.com\/opinion\/republican-governors-are-a-threat-to-democracy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Republican governors<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/chicago.suntimes.com\/2021\/12\/6\/22820590\/republican-threat-to-democracy-six-steps-voting-rights-gerrymandering-mark-jacob\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Republican members of Congress<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newyorker.com\/magazine\/2022\/08\/15\/state-legislatures-are-torching-democracy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Republican-controlled legislatures<\/a>, or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wusa9.com\/article\/news\/national\/capitol-riots\/indiana-grandmother-of-five-anna-morgan-lloyd-dona-bissey-to-be-first-sentenced-in-capitol-riot-jon-schaffer-donald-trump-qanon\/65-422510ae-acf1-4527-8723-cb170b5f9041\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">even Republican grandmas<\/a>, Democrats and the media say <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/gop-has-become-even-greater-threat-democracy-than-trump-2021-6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">anyone associated with the GOP<\/a> could destroy our nation and deserves punishment. <\/p>\n<p> Ted Cruz <\/p>\n<p>Brookings, a left-leaning think tank, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brookings.edu\/blog\/fixgov\/2022\/07\/25\/trump-is-not-the-only-threat-to-democracy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">described<\/a> Republican Sen. Ted Cruz as one of many \u201ccopycat candidates who parrot Trump\u2019s moves and endorse his anti-democratic tactics\u201d in a piece titled, \u201cTrump is not the only threat to democracy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p> Josh Hawley <\/p>\n<p>Republican Sen. Josh Hawley earned the same judgment from Brookings as Cruz. Additionally, when he objected to certifying the 2020 presidential election results, he (along with Cruz and other GOP senators) was smeared by The Washington Post as one of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/opinions\/hawley-cruz-and-their-senate-cohort-are-the-constitutions-most-dangerous-domestic-enemies\/2021\/01\/04\/912d2530-4ebf-11eb-83e3-322644d82356_story.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cthe Constitution\u2019s most dangerous domestic enemies.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n<p> Ron DeSantis <\/p>\n<p>According to Democrats, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is a raging, <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/08\/26\/nyt-calls-desantis-extreme-because-media-have-no-idea-whats-actually-popular\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">extreme<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottedems.com\/ron-desantis-is-a-threat-to-democracy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cthreat to democracy<\/a>\u201d for simply governing as a Republican.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRon DeSantis Would Kill Democracy Slowly and Methodically,\u201d one article in New York Magazine <a href=\"https:\/\/nymag.com\/intelligencer\/2022\/07\/ron-desantis-authoritarian-democracy-trump-2024-republican.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">warned<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p> Dr. Oz <\/p>\n<p>\u201cAn impaired Fetterman who does not pose a threat to our democracy is better than a polished Oz who does. Remember what\u2019s at stake here,\u201d a senior adviser at The Lincoln Project <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/TaraSetmayer\/status\/1585326523917406215?s=20&#038;t=nKnTdmpdbqkjtlwoGE9Mqg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tweeted<\/a> shortly after the political opponents\u2019 debate. <\/p>\n<p>  Tudor Dixon <\/p>\n<p>Tudor Dixon, the Republican woman brave enough to challenge Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, was classified as \u201ca huge threat to our democracy\u201d by her incumbent opponent for raising questions about election irregularities. <\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Election deniers pose a huge threat to our democracy \u2014 and Tudor Dixon is one of them.
