Clooney, who is married to actor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/topic\/george-clooney\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">George Clooney<\/a>, also shared how much her 5-year-old twins Ella and Alexander inspire her work, per <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2022\/10\/27\/amal-clooney-reveals-her-son-5-drew-picture-of-prison-and-said-putin-should-be-here\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Page Six<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>She said even though her kids aren\u2019t \u201cquite on top of current events,\u201d they do have a vague notion of what\u2019s going on, including Russia\u2019s invasion of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy son drew a picture the other day of a prison, and he was like, \u2018Putin should be here,\u2019\u201d Amal said. She elaborated to say she\u2019s currently \u201cworking on Ukrainian affairs.\u201d The mom of two also said her twins are a \u201creal driving force\u201d behind her work at the Clooney Foundation for Justice.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI do think about in a few years when they\u2019re more than five when they start to learn about some of these issues that we\u2019re talking about and what\u2019s happening in the world,\u201d Amal said. \u201cYou know, when they ask us, \u2018What did you do about this? What did you say about that?\u2019 I\u2019ve thought about what will my answer be, and I hope it will be a good one.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Amal\u2019s story about her 5-year-old sparked a lot of reactions, including a healthy dose of skepticism. Those who believed her tale expressed sympathy for the kids who are being exposed to politics at such a young age.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ll take \u2018Things That Never Happened\u2019 for $1,000 please, Ken\u2026\u201d one Twitter user <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/cjmtuttle\/status\/1585657370759217153\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">replied<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy 2 year old stopped coding low latency C++ code for a second and asked me why Amal is talking biased geopolitics with her 5 year old.
