The New York Post needs to immediately explained how this reprehensible content was made public. While the Post has made its preference clear in the New York Governor\u2019s race, there is no room for this violent, sexist rhetoric in our politics. Becket Adams pushed back on Hochul\u2019s statement.<\/p>\n<p>The Post quickly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2022\/10\/27\/new-york-post-website-hacked-racist-sexist-headlines-target-politicians.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">regained control<\/a> of the site, deleting the offending headlines and tweets \u2014 and a spokesperson for the outlet provided an official statement, claiming that the person responsible for Thursday morning\u2019s debacle had been caught and terminated.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe New York Post\u2019s investigation indicates that the unauthorized conduct was committed by an employee, and the employee has been terminated.
