The actress said that she asked guests to fill 5,000 backpacks with enough food to feed a family of four for a program called Blessings in a Backpack.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI put everyone to work,\u201d the \u201cDaredevil\u201d star said, noting that afterward, they all danced to \u201cRocky Top\u201d by the Osbourne Brothers.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;I basically had a wedding for myself. I\u2019m not always just nice. I can also be salty, and I can be taciturn, or I can be really serious about what I want to get done.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s not that I feel I\u2019m underestimated in that way\u2014I\u2019m not afraid to stand up for myself and say, \u2018Just so you know, this isn\u2019t going to fly with me,\u2019\u201d she added. \u201cWhen that happens, I don\u2019t want you to be shocked that I\u2019m a real person.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The \u201c13 Going On 30\u201d star also admitted that she doesn\u2019t feel like she has any unfinished business in Hollywood and is thankful she got to raise a family and still work.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDo I feel I\u2019m owed some kind of accolades or something?\u201d Garner shared. \u201cNot really. I\u2019ve kind of played it differently. How lucky am I that I\u2019ve gotten to work all this time and raise a family? It\u2019s more that the work truly comes from a place of love. I love being with a crew. I love being part of a crew. And I love when I get to be on set. It\u2019s different from anywhere else.
