Defendants then purposefully leveraged these emails to force Gruden to resign, and ultimately caused Gruden to lose his coaching career, endorsements, and sponsorships.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>On Thursday, Nevada District Court Judge Nancy Allf ruled against the NFL and\u00a0<a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/frontofficesports.com\/nfl-denied-stay-as-jon-gruden-succeeds-in-court-again\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">denied<\/a>\u00a0the league\u2019s motion to stay Allf\u2019s previous ruling that denied the NFL\u2019s motion to send the matter to arbitration, which would have kept the proceedings out of the public spotlight.<\/p>\n<p class=\"a8d-pre\">In May Judge Allf denied the NFL\u2019s motion to dismiss the case. With multiple denied motions, there is \u201ca growing concern around the NFL about the litigation,\u201d sources\u00a0<a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/frontofficesports.com\/the-nfls-growing-concern-over-jon-gruden-lawsuit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">told<\/a>\u00a0Front Office Sports.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cSomebody wanted Gruden out,\u201d a source\u00a0<a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/frontofficesports.com\/the-nfls-growing-concern-over-jon-gruden-lawsuit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">told<\/a>\u00a0the outlet.<\/p>\n<p>The NFL has denied being the source of the leak.
