I can\u2019t challenge this madness in my desk job, designing bridges, so I\u2019m taking direct action, occupying the QE2 bridge until the government stops all new oil.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Just Stop Oil did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Fox News Digital.<\/p>\n<p>Trowland and fellow protester Marcus Decker were <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thesun.co.uk\/news\/20163104\/eco-zealots-charged-dartford-crossing-block\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">reportedly arrested<\/a> after being brought down from the bridge on a cherry picker and charged with conspiracy to commit a public nuisance.<\/p>\n<div class=\"article-meta\">\n<div class=\"author-bio\">\n<p>Andrew Mark Miller is a writer at Fox News.
