Laundrie is wearing a hat and sunglasses, and Petito has her arms crossed at times while browsing the store.<\/p>\n<p>The pair would reportedly leave the store and drive to the campsite where Petito was strangled.<\/p>\n<p>The footage could be from the same day Petito was killed, Fox News noted, citing an autopsy timeline and a civil lawsuit filed by Petito\u2019s parents, which dates their daughter\u2019s murder as August 27, 2021.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Never before seen video of Gabby Petito and Brian Laundrie shopping at Whole Foods market in Jackson, Wyoming on August 27, 2021. (Via Fox News Digital) <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/7KCDXFhjKM\">pic.twitter.com\/7KCDXFhjKM<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Mike Sington (@MikeSington) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MikeSington\/status\/1582333248788516864?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">October 18, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<p>An autopsy in November revealed that Laundrie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/just-in-autopsy-reveals-brian-laundrie-cause-of-death-as-suicide\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">committed suicide<\/a> by shooting himself in the head.<\/p>\n<p>The FBI said last October that a recovered notebook from Laundrie included a confession from the 23-year-old that he murdered Petito.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI ended her life,\u201d he wrote, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/static.foxnews.com\/foxnews.com\/content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Gabby-note-better.pdf\">a copy<\/a> of the notebook <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/gabby-petito-murder-brian-laundries-notebook-confession-revealed\">exclusively<\/a> provided to Fox News. \u201cI thought it was merciful, that it is what she wanted, but I see now all the mistakes I made. I panicked. I was in shock.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Laundrie went on to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/i-ended-her-life-heres-what-brian-laundrie-wrote-in-his-notebook-before-he-killed-himself\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">claim<\/a> that Petito had injured herself in a fall while they were visiting Wyoming and that he killed her to take \u201caway her pain.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRushing back to our car trying to cross the streams of spread creek before it got too dark to see, [too] cold.
