He was allowed back into the room shortly thereafter.<\/p>\n<p>After arguing, interrupting, and making several baseless objections, the judge excused the jury and the witness on the stand. Brooks continued to make comments, saying &#8220;What you doing is judicial misconduct,&#8221; and adding, &#8220;that&#8217;s not fair to the jury, they have a right to hear everything. Not going to sit here and let you fix the trial because you don&#8217;t want to tell the truth to the jury,&#8221; he said, to which Judge Jennifer Dorow ejected Brooks from the courtroom, saying that he will continue to participate by video from the next room over.<\/p>\n<p>After the brief break, Judge Dorow allowed Brooks back into the courtroom and stated, \u201cI am glad you are back here sir\u201d while Brooks continued to interrupt her.\u00a0&#8220;I&#8217;m not so sure,&#8221; said Brooks, who then went right back to hassling Dorow.<\/p>\n<p>The state then continued to show interrogation video from Brooks&#8217; arrest.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?sa=t&#038;rct=j&#038;q=&#038;esrc=s&#038;source=web&#038;cd=&#038;cad=rja&#038;uact=8&#038;ved=2ahUKEwjpzPmJkOr6AhUcGFkFHfSlDFgQFnoECCEQAQ&#038;url=https%3A%2F%2Fthepostmillennial.com%2Fwaukesha-massacre-suspect-attempting-to-use-sovereign-citizen-defense&#038;usg=AOvVaw0KQp4HQ4G09An8h6jyKGA1\">Brooks<\/a> was previously <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/news\/us-news\/judge-calls-10-recesses-boots-wisconsin-parade-suspect-courtroom-outbu-rcna50600\">removed from the courtroom<\/a> for being interrupted on October 4, after disrupting the judge so much that he was removed. Brooks interrupted Dorow on several occasions, saying that he did not recognize the state of Wisconsin or Dorow as a judge.<\/p>\n<p>Brooks is representing himself after\u00a0allegedly killing six and running over dozens with an SUV in November of 2021.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>He faces 77 charges.<\/p>\n<p>During the ongoing trial, Brooks has attempted to use being a sovereign citizen as a defense, a point that Dorow has denied, and during Monday&#8217;s trial date, objected to nearly all questions set forth by the prosecution, and has objected to being called Darrell Brooks, saying he doesn&#8217;t recognize that name.<br \/>\u00a0 <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Waukesha, Wisconsin Christmas parade massacre suspects Darrell Brooks was ejected from the courtroom on Tuesday after a judge decided that the suspect was being too disruptive.
