Right behind that is the economy and jobs, which 29 percent of voters think is a No. 1 problem. Approximately 23 percent of voters say immigration is at the front of their minds, while another 18 percent said crime and drug issues are most important. And considering that pollsters typically frame these surveys to shape public opinion in favor of Democrats, that these issues still emerged as voters\u2019 top four concerns shows how important they are.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, only 17 percent of voters cited vague \u201cwomen\u2019s rights\u201d as an important issue, and a mere 5 percent of voters said the same about foreign policy. That, however, hasn\u2019t stopped Biden from focusing on inflation overseas and pretty much anything else except inflation at home.<\/p>\n<p>While regular Americans struggle to pay bills, fill their gas tanks, and take their families out for ice cream on occasion, Biden, nibbling on a double dip of chocolate chip in a waffle cone, <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/03\/08\/heres-the-full-list-of-every-lie-joe-biden-has-told-as-president-190-and-counting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">lied<\/a> in a Baskin-Robbins in Portland, Oregon, on Saturday that the flailing U.S. economy is \u201cstrong as hell.\u201d The president also denied having any concerns about the value of the U.S. dollar in our heavily inflated economy, something <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/voter-worry-inflation-biden-economy-ratings\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">9 in 10 voters<\/a> say they worry about.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m concerned about the rest of the world,\u201d Biden said to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/media\/washington-post-reporter-mocked-dutifully-reporting-bidens-ice-cream-order-pulitzer-material\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">gaggle of reporters watching him eat<\/a>.\u00a0\u201cInflation is worldwide. It\u2019s worse off than it is in the United States. So the problem is the lack of economic growth and sound policy in other countries, not so much ours.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Americans\u2019 top priorities (the economy, immigration, and crime) haven\u2019t changed much since polling for the midterms first began. In fact, more and more voters, currently two-thirds, say the country under a Democrat-controlled White House and Congress is on the wrong track. <\/p>\n<p>Yet the Biden administration and Democrats on the campaign trail have not only failed to address any of voters\u2019 biggest worries but they are doing everything they can to use other problems as distractions, such as hyperventilating over Ukraine and <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/10\/07\/its-biden-threatening-nuclear-armageddon-after-six-years-of-media-freakout-over-trump-tweets\/\">threatening<\/a> nuclear war with Russia, or capitalizing on the Supreme Court\u2019s <em>Dobbs v. Jackson<\/em> decision. Despite the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/08\/18\/these-vulnerable-dems-wont-say-if-they-support-unpopular-unfettered-abortion-but-theyve-backed-it-before\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">deeply unpopular<\/a> nature of Democrats\u2019 unregulated, on-demand abortion extremism, the left has teamed up with the corporate media to make abortion their top priority going into the midterms.
