It\u2019s that simple,\u201d Biden recently said in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n[embedded content]\n<p>Biden\u2019s declaration came the same day that the Bureau of Labor Statistics consumer price index <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/shows-some-progress-biden-responds-to-another-dismal-inflation-report\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a> that inflation was hotter than expected in September and rose by 8.2% year-over-year. That is now the twelfth straight month with inflation year-over-year above six percent.<\/p>\n<p>Somehow, Biden wants you to believe that Democrats have a handle on inflation, and the GOP will only add to the worries.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, throughout 2021, America was also experiencing inflation, albeit at a slightly lower rate. For example, in July 2021, the U.S. saw an annualized rate of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rateinflation.com\/inflation-rate\/usa-inflation-rate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">inflation<\/a> of 5.4%. The president claimed that the surging costs were due to a roaring economy but that it wouldn\u2019t last long.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSome folks have raised worries that this could be a sign of persistent inflation,\u201d he <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/meet-the-press\/first-read\/economic-assessments-continue-put-biden-administrations-credibility-li-rcna39987\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">added<\/a>. \u201cBut that\u2019s not our view.\u00a0 Our experts believe and the data shows that most of the price increases we\u2019ve seen are \u2014 were expected and expected to be temporary.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It was not temporary and, in fact, only worsened after those comments.<\/p>\n<p>In December 2021, Biden predicted America <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/its-been-nine-long-months-since-biden-said-inflation-peaked-last-december\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">was at the peak of inflation<\/a>. Clearly, that was false.<\/p>\n<p>What Biden never mentions is that the data indicate his party\u2019s<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/biden-says-his-spending-agenda-took-america-from-an-economic-crisis-to-an-economic-recovery\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> $1.9 trillion stimulus<\/a>, the \u201cAmerica Rescue Plan\u201d passed in the spring of 2021, deserves blame for the high inflation. Larry Summers, a Harvard professor and former economic advisor to President Obama, warned that the package would overstimulate the economy and cause inflation. Leftists dismissed his concerns.<\/p>\n<p>He called the bill the <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/policy\/finance\/544188-larry-summers-blasts-least-responsible-economic-policy-in-40-years\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">most irresponsible economic decision<\/a> in more than 40 years.<\/p>\n<p>Now, it looks like Summers was right.<\/p>\n<p>Never one to take responsibility, the\u00a0president has also blamed another person for his economic woes \u2014 Russian President Vladimir Putin.<\/p>\n<p>After Russia invaded Ukraine, the Biden administration shifted the blame for the rising costs of goods on the \u201cPutin Price Hike.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In June, Biden claimed, \u201cI understand inflation is a real challenge to American families.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cToday\u2019s inflation report confirms what Americans already know,\u201d he continued. \u201cPutin\u2019s price hike is hitting America hard.\u201d<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">President Biden: &#8220;Today&#8217;s inflation report confirms what Americans already know.
