Parents can use the funds on school tuition, school supplies, tutoring and other education-related expenses.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">In July, Kanawha Circuit Judge Joanna Tabi, who was appointed by a Democrat, ruled the scholarship program unconstitutional. At that time, more than 3,000 students had been approved for the program.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">After last week&#8217;s ruling, Patrick Morrisey, the attorney general of West Virginia, said that kids in the state deserve the best education options and called described it as \u201cbig win for education freedom.\u201d<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Many thanks go out to the WV Supreme Court for reversing the Kanawha Circuit Court and determining that the Hope Scholarship is constitutional. WV kids deserve the best public schools and as many private sector options as possible.
