While giving a speech on Sept. 28, he <a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/biden-administration\/silver-alert-bidens-bumbles-hit-new-low\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">called out<\/a>\u00a0for a congresswoman to stand up. The congresswoman had died two months before.<\/p>\n<p>The president, who has appeared <a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/biden-administration\/biden-old-man-wander-video\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">disoriented on many occasions<\/a>, has also &#8220;visibly aged since his time as vice president,&#8221; Politico noted, leading <a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/democrats\/joe-biden-too-old\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">many Democrats<\/a>\u00a0to wonder if Biden is too old for his job.<\/p>\n<p>Biden has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/politics\/white-house\/biden-tells-al-sharpton-will-run-president-2024-rcna50556\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">said<\/a> he will run again in 2024.
