Braly chairs the governance and public responsibility committee and Woertz is a member of that committee.<\/p>\n<p>Trillium\u2019s chief advocacy officer, Jonas Kron, said in an email that investors have high expectations of P&#038;G and its board after passing a shareholder resolution in 2020 calling for it to issue a report on how it could enhance efforts to end deforestation. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe board\u2019s actions to date regarding deforestation have been insufficient,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n<p>Norway\u2019s sovereign wealth fund also plans to vote against Moeller, according to a voting notice on its website.<\/p>\n<p>Institutional Shareholder Services Inc and Glass Lewis, firms that make widely-followed recommendations on voting for investors, said shareholders should support Moeller and the two directors.<\/p>\n<p>ISS said investors should take caution when supporting Moeller and the directors because of \u201congoing concerns\u201d regarding deforestation.     <\/p>\n<p>NRDC last year also asked investors to vote against Braly.
