Go back to The View. You\u2019re not ready right now. Go to The View,\u201d she said on the recording.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s my money to pay for rehab \u2026 Please give me my points. They\u2019re mine. I earned them. I paid for them. They\u2019re my points and I want to pay for rehab with them,\u201d he whined. \u201cIt\u2019s literally stealing from me. But It\u2019s stealing from me. Hallie, it\u2019s stealing from me.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s $38,000, it\u2019s 842,000 points, and I calculated it and it\u2019s all my points,\u201d he pleaded.<\/p>\n<p>When Hallie pressed for details, Hunter declined to name the \u201crehab\u201d facility.  <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI can use [the points] to use the place, the place I\u2019m going. I don\u2019t want you to know where I\u2019m going. It\u2019s very important.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Hunter then played a familiar card \u2014\u00a0his family. He suggested she give the points to his uncle James, or father \u2014 former Vice President Biden. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cOk here, how about this \u2026  give it to my uncle Jimmy. What\u2019s the difference? \u2026 Give it to my dad. The center typically charges $4,000 daily. Hunter\u2019s uncle Jim Biden, however, managed to secure him a bargain rate of $2,500 per day.<\/p>\n<p>His time drying out doesn\u2019t appear to have worked; the points plea came during a period of reportedly extended drug and alcohol use.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI hesitate to write you this. Because your response is unpredictable. But I can\u2019t help but to plead to you to get well,\u201d Hunter\u2019s sister Ashley Biden wrote to him on Sept. 1, 2018. \u201cOur father is devastated. And his personality has fundamentally changed without you by his side,.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Three days later he texted a prostitute: \u201cCan you pick up vodka? I want you [sic] me naked and fun as fast as possible,\u201d texts from the hard drive show. <\/p>\n<p>Photos and videos of Hunter Biden sleeping with a crack pipe sticking out of his mouth were taken a month later on Oct 4. 2018 \u2014 just eight days before his gun purchase at a Delaware shop.<\/p>\n<p>Lying on a federal gun purchase form is a felony, with a maximum prison sentence of 10 years. Legal experts said that may be the least of Hunter\u2019s worries.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs a first offender, Hunter could avoid jail time entirely under such a charge or plead to a short period of incarceration,\u201d said Jonathan Turley, a professor at George Washington University Law School.<\/p>\n<p>Laptop revelations of \u201cmillions allegedly garnered through influence peddling\u201d in shady foreign deals is a bigger concern for the Bidens, he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe laptop is a target rich environment for any prosecutor,\u201d Turley said. \u201cIt takes an amazing marksman to hit the gun charge while missing other potential crimes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>GOP critics said it\u2019s about time the feds took a hard look at Hunter.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHunter Biden lied on this form and if he were not protected by law enforcement, he would have faced criminal charges a long time ago,\u201d said Rep. Darrell Issa (R-California) a senior member of the Judiciary Committee. \u201cThe coverup of Biden family corruption has been long, strong and continues to this day.
