A source close to the activist <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/sports\/rams-players-nfl-face-legal-threat-as-tackled-protester-files-police-complaint?intcmp=tw_fnc\">told<\/a> Fox News that he was considering taking legal action against the players that were involved in stopping him and against the NFL.<\/p>\n<p>Santa Clara Police Department Lt. Cuong Phan confirmed to multiple publications that this was an ongoing investigation and because of that, information on the case was going to be limited for the time being.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect was waving a device that emitted pink smoke while he ran onto the field. A second suspect, a woman, also attempted to run onto the field during the game but she was unsuccessful as she was immediately stopped by security.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect ran from one side of the field to the other side while he was being chased by a security guard. I don\u2019t think anybody would disagree.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Wagner said that he could not focus on the matter anymore because it was behind him.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s behind me,\u201d he said. \u201cCan\u2019t really focus on it. I\u2019m more concerned about the security guard that was hurt trying to chase him and the people that was \u2026 we don\u2019t know what that is and you just gotta do what you gotta do.\u201dYou just never know,\u201d he continued. \u201cYou never know, like, people run on the field for no reason sometimes and again, I\u2019m pretty sure it\u2019s gonna keep happening, but you never know what that person got in they pocket, in they hands, whatever.
