(AP Photo\/Rich Pedroncelli)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>OAN Newsroom<br \/>UPDATED 11:44 AM PT \u2013 Wednesday October 5th, 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Authorities in Stockton, California have announced that they may be on the hunt for a possible serial killer.<\/p>\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1663871513696-art-1\">\n<\/div>\n<p>City officials have confirmed that five men Paul Yaw, 35; Salvador Debudey Jr., 43; Jonathan Hernandez Rodriguez, 21; Juan Cruz, 52; and Lawrence Lopez Sr., 54; have been killed in the recent months. All of the men, who were living in the city, were ambushed and fatally shot while alone in the dark.<\/p>\n<p>Evidence linked the incidents to two additional cases that occurred in 2021. One of those cases included the non-fatal shooting of a 46-year-old Black woman and the other case included the fatal shooting of a 40-year-old Hispanic man. The incidents occurred more than 70 miles away in Oakland, California. Ballistic testing drew connections between the homicides.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote data-service=\"twitter\" data-category=\"marketing\" data-placeholder-image=\"https:\/\/c3.oann.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/complianz-gdpr\/assets\/images\/placeholders\/twitter-minimal.jpg\" class=\"cmplz-placeholder-element twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Homicide Series Update:  Today Chief McFadden released a video of the &#8220;Person of Interest&#8221; in regards to this series. Surveillance footage from several crime scenes have shown the possible suspect dressed in all black with a dark hoodie and dark pants. Stanley McFadden, the Stockton Police Department Chief, does not have much information on the suspect at this time.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cWe don\u2019t know if it\u2019s a person, two or three, we just don\u2019t know,\u201d the Chief said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The conclusion of a possible serial killer came from the fact that none of the men were robbed or beaten before their murder. It is also important to note that six of the Stockton killings occurred within a few square mile radii.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cIt wasn\u2019t a robbery, items aren\u2019t being stolen, they\u2019re not talking about gang activities.
