People have rejected the Biden agenda. We have great candidates. The Democrats have to defend what Biden has done.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Scott added, \u201cI think it will be a good November for Republicans, but we have to keep working hard every day.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>With the midterm elections about a month away, the balance of the Senate could come down to a few states. In Wisconsin, incumbent Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) has taken the lead over Democrat Senate candidate and Lt. Gov. Mandela Barnes, <a href=\"https:\/\/projects.fivethirtyeight.com\/polls\/senate\/2022\/wisconsin\/\">according to<\/a> the latest polls.<\/p>\n<p>In Pennsylvania\u2019s Senate race, GOP nominee <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/t-mehmet-oz\">Mehmet Oz<\/a> has pulled into a statistical tie with Democrat nominee and Lt. Gov. John Fetterman, <a href=\"https:\/\/emersoncollegepolling.com\/pennsylvania-2022-fettermans-lead-shrinks-in-us-senate-race-shapiros-lead-expands-for-governors-seat\/\">according to<\/a> the latest poll from the Emerson College\/The Hill survey. The two are contending for the seat vacated by retiring Sen. Pat Toomey (R-Penn.).<\/p>\n<p>GOP senate candidates in Arizona and New Hampshire are trailing their Democrat opponents. According to a recent Suffolk University\/Boston Globe poll (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suffolk.edu\/-\/media\/suffolk\/documents\/academics\/research-at-suffolk\/suprc\/polls\/new-hampshire\/2022\/9_29_2022_marginals.pdf?la=en&amp;hash=344D24807488E7D3A2004FD024BE4660428888BE\">pdf<\/a>), incumbent Sen. Maggie Hassan (D-N.H.) held an 8.4 percentage-points lead over GOP candidate Don Bolduc in the Granite State. Meanwhile, incumbent Sen. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.) was backed by 49 percent of likely voters, leading GOP candidate Blake Masters by 6.8 percentage points in Arizona\u2019s Senate race, according to a recent Suffolk University\/Arizona Republic poll (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suffolk.edu\/-\/media\/suffolk\/documents\/academics\/research-at-suffolk\/suprc\/polls\/other-states\/2022\/9_27_2022_marginals.pdf\">pdf<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Scott and Sen. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/t-gary-peters\">Gary Peters<\/a> (D-Mich.), chairman of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, recently <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2022\/09\/30\/why-everybodys-sweating-georgia-and-nevada-00059621\">told<\/a> Politico that Nevada and Georgia are the key battlegrounds for the Senate majority.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sen.
