He notes that it\u2019s time to start fighting fire with fire.<\/p>\n<p>Democrats, after all, did not hesitate to impeach Trump for a pair of absurd reasons that did not amount to high crimes and misdemeanors.<\/p>\n<div id=\"subscribe\" class=\"email-signup inarticle\">\n<h4>Support Conservative Voices!<\/h4>\n<h5><strong>Sign up to receive the latest<\/strong> political news, insight, and commentary delivered directly to your inbox.<\/h5>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cIf we don\u2019t use the same tools, if we don\u2019t engage in impeachment inquiries to get the documents and the testimony and the information we need, then I believe that our voters will feel betrayed,\u201d said Gaetz.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd that likely could be the biggest win that Democrats could hope for in 2024,\u201d he surmised.<\/p>\n<h3>Plenty of Reasons to Impeach \u2013 But Who Will Actually Do It?<\/h3>\n<p>The Political Insider\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/thepoliticalinsider.com\/here-are-the-7-investigations-the-gop-is-planning-for-the-biden-administration-if-they-take-back-the-house\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a> in December that the GOP is planning investigations on several fronts should they prevail in the midterms: The IRS, the National Security Agency, parents of school children, the border crisis, COVID response, and Afghanistan.<\/p>\n<p>While it would be nice to get them all on record, we can only guess as to which Republicans would actually follow through on an impeachment inquiry into President Biden regarding any of these issues.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m pretty confident Gaetz would pursue the inquiry.<\/p>\n<p>Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) as recently as a few weeks ago insisted Biden should be impeached following his divisive speech in which he called Republicans who back Donald Trump \u201cextremists.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI guess when President Butterbeans is frail, weak, and dementia ridden, the Hitler imagery was their attempt to make him look \u2018tough\u2019 while he declares war on half of America as enemies of the state,\u201d Greene tweeted.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Joe Biden just declared all of us enemies of the state.<\/p>\n<p>Biden is a danger to us all.<\/p>\n<p>Joe Biden MUST BE IMPEACHED!! <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/mjeoa4e7Vl\">pic.twitter.com\/mjeoa4e7Vl<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Rep.
