(https:\/\/bit.ly\/3SstNjA)<\/p>\n<p>The regulators did not immediately respond to a Reuters request for comment.<\/p>\n<p>Wall Street institutions faced challenges in tracking staff communications in the work-from-home pandemic era, particularly over personal devices.
