All the indicators are pointing to downside numbers,\u201d Director-General Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala told Reuters in an interview. \u201cGrosso modo the outlook is looking gloomy,\u201d she said, without giving exact estimates. <\/p>\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1663871513696-art-1\">\n<\/div>\n<p>The WTO already revised down its forecast for global trade growth this year to 3% from 4.7% in April.
