We\u2019re going to work for that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Alcaraz and fellow Spaniard Rafa Nadal, who won the Australian and French Open titles in 2022, are the only players to have sealed their spots for the ATP Finals in Turin.<\/p>\n<p>The season-ending tournament on the men\u2019s tour is played between the top eight singles players and doubles team and Alcaraz has his eyes set on it.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have several tournaments before the ATP Finals and we\u2019re going to give it our all,\u201d said Alcaraz. \u201cI have several important tournaments and one goal is to try and win the ATP Finals.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou have to do what you have been doing, feel comfortable with what you do, enjoy yourself, be happy on court, play tennis \u2013 and that is what I\u2019m going to do. That\u2019s the secret for me. To try and forget everything else and enjoy playing tennis.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Novak Djokovic, a 21-time Grand Slam winner, lavished praise on Alcaraz, calling the Spaniard a \u201cgreat addition\u201d to tennis.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI congratulate Alcaraz for winning the U.S. Open,\u201d Djokovic, who missed the U.S. Open as he has not been vaccinated against COVID-19, said on the sidelines of the Laver Cup in London.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe did it in an incredible fashion \u2026 He\u2019s 19 years old and already No. 1 in the world. I mean, it\u2019s quite amazing what he has achieved so far. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe\u2019s a great addition to our sport, a great star in making.
