She has pleaded not guilty.<\/p>\n<p>Mike Lindell appeared with another Trump ally and FBI and DOJ target Steve Bannon on his \u201cWarRoom\u201d podcast last week where he stated that he intended to sue the federal government over the phone seizure. He said he believed there were multiple alleged violations of the Constitution by the FBI.<\/p>\n<p>During his \u201cWarRoom\u201d podcast appearance, Lindell told Bannon that, he had lost \u201csignificant business,\u201d but it was about much more than that. He said that he wants to set a \u201cprecedent\u201d by fighting back against the FBI. He added, \u201cWe\u2019re gonna go places where no man has gone before. This will set a precedent. Several <a href=\"https:\/\/thepoliticalinsider.com\/trump-ally-who-was-target-of-january-6-committee-says-fbi-seized-his-cellphone-one-day-after-mar-a-lago-raid\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">others have had their cellphones seized,<\/a> including Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA), whose phone was taken by FBI agents the day after the raid on Trump\u2019s Mar-a-Lago estate. Also, in-house counsel Boris Epshteyn <a href=\"https:\/\/thepoliticalinsider.com\/report-top-trump-aides-have-cellphones-seized-40-subpoenas-issued-less-than-two-months-before-election\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">and former campaign strategist<\/a> Mike Roman had phones seized.<\/p>\n<p>The timing of the FBI and DOJ activity against former Trump associates just weeks away from the November midterm elections is especially curious.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/thepoliticalinsider.com\/mypillow-ceo-mike-lindell-announces-lawsuit-against-the-fbi-over-phone-seizure-this-has-to-stop\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trump responded to the<\/a> seizure of Lindell\u2019s phone, saying on his Truth Social media site, \u201cWe are now officially living in a Weaponized Police State, Rigged Elections, and all.
