Leung on Sept. 7, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>The warrant states that Lindell is being probed by the DOJ over alleged\u00a0identity theft, intentional damage to a protected computer, and conspiracy to commit identity theft or intentionally damage a protected computer.<\/p>\n<p>It states that all records and information on Lindell\u2019s phone that \u201cconstitute fruits, evidence, or instrumentalities of violations\u201d of the alleged acts should be searched.<\/p>\n<p> <a href=\"https:\/\/img.theepochtimes.com\/assets\/uploads\/2022\/05\/11\/tina-peters-1200x800.jpg\"><\/a> Mesa County, Colo., clerk Tina Peters, talks at a rally in Denver, Colo., on April 5, 2022. (David Zalubowski\/AP Photo) \u2018Erode Political Support\u2019 <\/p>\n<p>It further states that Lindell is among several other individuals, including Mesa County, Colorado, election clerk Tina Peters, who are part of an investigation into the alleged\u00a0security breach of voting equipment in\u00a0Mesa County.<\/p>\n<p>Peters was <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/2022-midterm-elections-steve-bannon-voting-donald-trump-elections-445316b2dda05dd21855e009411b3f21\">indicted<\/a> by a grand jury in March, accused of being part of a \u201cdeceptive scheme\u201d to breach voting system technology that is used across the country.<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, they accused her of aiding\u00a0an outsider to copy sensitive data from the county\u2019s elections systems in May 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Peters has maintained her innocence and that the charges against her were \u201cdesigned to erode political support from her\u201d as she was running for\u00a0secretary of state.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cProgressives in Colorado, in both political parties, continued tactics of personal destruction against Peters, in an attempt<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MyPillow CEO\u00a0Mike Lindell is being investigated by the\u00a0Justice Department (DOJ) over alleged identity theft and\u00a0damage to a protected computer relating to an alleged\u00a0breach of voting machines in Colorado, court documents show.
