On both occasions, the children were allegedly told they were acting, once in a sketch called \u201cThe Mind of a Pedophile.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It was alleged that Jane Doe, now 22, was encouraged by\u00a0Spears and Haddish in 2013 to mimic the motions of oral sex for a comedy skit.<\/p>\n<p>The teen was allegedly made to watch a skit of coeds \u201cmoaning and making sexual noises\u201d as they both ate a sub sandwich \u201cin a manner that simulated the act of fellatio.\u201d Spears then allegedly told the girl\u00a0\u201cto mimic what she had seen on the screen, including the noises precisely like what she heard throughout the video.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>John Doe was allegedly touched inappropriately by Spears a year later, when he was seven years old, according to the now-dismissed suit.<\/p>\n<p>Both Haddish, through legal representation, and Spears have denied the allegations since the suit was filed, likening the legal move to a monetary shakedown.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPlaintiff\u2019s mother, Trizah Morris, has been trying to assert these bogus claims against Ms. Haddish for several years,\u201d Haddish\u2019s attorney, Andrew Brettler, dismissed the accusations in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.latimes.com\/entertainment-arts\/story\/2022-09-01\/tiffany-haddish-aries-spears-child-sexual-abuse-allegations\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">statement<\/a> to the Los Angeles Times. \u201cEvery attorney who has initially taken on her case \u2014 and there were several \u2014 ultimately dropped the matter once it became clear that the claims were meritless and Ms. Haddish would not be shaken down.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Haddish took to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CiIKTS2Pdcx\/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y%3D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Instagram<\/a> herself to address the claims. \u201cI know people have a bunch of questions. I get it. I\u2019m right there with you,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUnfortunately because there is an ongoing legal case,\u00a0there\u2019s very little that I can say right now,\u201d the \u201cGirls Trip\u201d actress continued. \u201cBut, clearly, while this sketch was intended to be comedic, it wasn\u2019t funny at all \u2014 and I deeply regret having agreed to act in it. I really look forward to being able to share a lot more about this situation as soon as I can.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is an extortion case,\u201d Spears <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CiMoNDHIIom\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;ig_rid=c5905ada-6517-4b65-89b8-87a0bc612783\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reacted<\/a> to the suit on the \u201cSpears &#038; Steinberg\u201d podcast. \u201cThis is a shakedown.
