Perfetti said that introducing a gay relationship to the show happened organically in season one.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think it\u2019s important because that\u2019s the world that we live in,\u201d Perfetti said. \u201cPartly because of the success of our show and a real priority of Quinta\u2019s from the jump has been authenticity and fully-fledged well-rounded people that actually exist in the world.
