It\u2019s a sad day for me personally and for sports around the world. It\u2019s been a pleasure but also an honor and privilege to share all these years with you, living so many amazing moments on and off the court.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/sports\/roger-federers-retirement-draws-reaction-social-media-changed-game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><u>ROGER FEDERER\u2019S RETIREMENT DRAWS REACTION ON SOCIAL MEDIA: \u2018YOU CHANGED THE GAME\u2019<\/u><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Federer\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/category\/sports\/tennis\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>dominance in the sport<\/u><\/a> is matched only by a few, including Nadal. On the ATP Tour, the Spaniard is 24-16 in head-to-head matchups, but Federer\u2019s 103 career titles tops Nadal\u2019s 92.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We will have many more moments to share together in the future, there are still lots of things to do together, we know that,&#8221; Nadal added. &#8220;For now, I truly wish you all the happiness with your wife, Mirka, your kids, your family and enjoy what\u2019s ahead of you. He didn\u2019t play any pro events in 2022 and only competed in 19 matches from 2020-2021. I have worked hard to return to full competitive form. But I also know my body\u2019s capacities and limits, and its message to me lately has been clear. I am 41 years old. I have played more than 1500 matches over 24 years.
